About the Role

As a Junior Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting German agencies and businesses to launch and optimize their online advertising campaigns. This is a target-driven position where you'll collaborate closely with clients, providing expert guidance to ensure their digital marketing efforts are both effective and impactful.

Your Responsibilities

1. Client Onboarding & Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate and create impactful PPC campaigns.
2. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop tailored digital advertising strategies that align with client objectives.
3. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze campaign data to drive spend, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure long-term campaign sustainability.
4. Client Engagement: Manage a high volume of client interactions daily via phone, delivering top-quality support and fostering strong relationships.

What We're Looking For

1. Educational Background: A BA / BS degree or equivalent; an MA / MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
2. Experience: 1-2 years in sales and/or online advertising.
3. Skills: Strong desire to meet and exceed productivity, customer satisfaction, and target goals.
4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals.
5. Effective time management and self-organization skills.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for optimization.
7. Client-focused with a passion for customer interaction and business success.
8. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
9. Native-level German.
10. High proficiency in English.
