A leading company is seeking an IT Buyer to enhance their procurement department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to challenges. Responsibilities include managing procurement strategies and collaborating with stakeholders to drive growth and efficiency.

Formación

• 1-3 years in procurement with a strong background in IT commodity.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Experience in indirect procurement field is mandatory.

At Mantu we are looking for a new IT Buyer, focused on IT procurement commodity, to complete our growing department.

The ideal candidate will have several years of procurement experience, and will be highly driven by challenges, data analysis and strategic thinking, topped with an IT market knowledge.

Your role :

• Help define commodity road map in line with group strategy
• Collect and advice on cross-functional corporate / business requirements
• Manage a team of procurement officers to deploy the strategy
• Conduct, develop, negotiate and close commercial contracts
• Be actor in group projects and critical negotiation
• Be motor of the growth of the commodity through process implementation, spend analysis and KPI follow up
• Be the main link between procurement department and stakeholders

Ideal Profile :

• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
• Proven track record of RFP management for IT categories
• Good MS office / automation knowledge
• Experience in indirect procurement field is mandatory
• Great communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive person, ready to work in a fast-growing environment
• Ability to influence people and work in autonomy
• 1-3 years in procurement with ideally a strong background on IT commodity
• Mastery of Generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day to day activity
