In view of the large investment planned to expand and modernize Consumer Panel Services (CPS) at European and Global level, this role is pivotal in the growth strategy and focused on client acquisition, new client activation, and penetration of Consumer Intelligence services.

The CPS Senior Sales Account will be part of the CPS Italian team and will be connected with the European community of CPS Sales accounts. The role reports directly to the Iberia CPS Leader.

Knowledge of and experience working with Consumer Panel Data (CPS) is essential.

Your responsibilities :

  • Partner with the Account Development Team to drive penetration in existing NielsenIQ clients who do not currently buy into CPS services.
  • Build close relationships with clients, turning relationships from ad hoc projects into ongoing contracts.
  • Target and penetrate new clients, participate in and win client RFPs, and proactively seek out new opportunities with non-NielsenIQ clients.
  • Identify business needs at the client, perform client briefings, and upsell additional opportunities.
  • Ensure client business needs are covered and help clients optimize their marketing strategies.
  • Accurately forecast and build the financial pipeline, hitting commercial targets, and ensure effective collaboration with Customer Success and CPS delivery teams.
  • Contribute to deploying and developing the Consumer Panel culture at clients and within NielsenIQ's commercial team.
  • Collaborate with production and delivery teams to ensure requirements are met.

  • You are eager to grow in terms of commercial acumen and negotiation skills, leveraging your CPS background.
  • You are comfortable thinking on your feet and translating complex business needs into actionable outcomes.

Requirements :

  • 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector.
  • Knowledge of and experience working with Consumer Panel Data (CPS) is essential.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge and use of sales tools (SalesForce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator).
  • Proven success in meeting sales revenues and targets for area or product line.
  • Strong engagement, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strategic mindset for generating new sales, with experience in group presentations and proposal writing.
