Descripción del empleo

We are looking for a Support Agent with a good level of English to work for an important international automotive client in Inetum Alicante.

This is a stable project that allows remote working.

Qualifications :
  • Good communication skills to support multiple stakeholders.
  • Good analytical skills: gather all relevant information to understand the user's issue.
  • Ability to gain knowledge of different applications to replicate issues in testing environments.
  • Guide and assist users throughout the support process.
  • Proactively investigate issues before seeking technical support.
  • Ensure close follow-up of tickets by providing regular feedback.
  • Willingness to acquire deep knowledge of the applications.
  • Proactivity and flexibility to support team members and participate in backup processes.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Attend regular meetings.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow or other ticketing tools.
  • Additional knowledge of tools like PowerBi or Jira is a plus.
