Formación

• 2+ years of experience with S / 4H and Cytric or similar tools.

We are looking for a SAP HR / FI-AP specialist for a hybrid project based in Madrid.

Description

Responsible for defining, building, delivering, and maintaining Finance business applications aligned with the client’s business strategy, especially Cytric and its integration with other systems such as Workday and S / 4HANA, covering the end-to-end process, supporting expense posting in SAP, and employee payment processes.

The Finance & People Solutions team enables Digital Business Solutions (DBS) and Digital Transformation Services (DTS) to improve overall client business performance through Process Automation. The team understands internal customer requirements and proposes and implements solutions while maintaining standard processes and tools. This team supports the client organization to achieve outcomes like increased security, cost reductions, and improved business quality.

Providing timely and accurate information and effective support is critical to this function and to the service provided to Top Management.

Responsibilities

• Identify automated solutions for travel and expenses end-to-end.
• Propose system solutions based on high-level business requirements, ensuring end-to-end consistency during feasibility studies.
• Advise process owners on the best functional solutions, keeping processes and tools as standard and integrated as possible.
• Validate detailed requirements and ensure delivered solutions meet expectations.
• Collect and review detailed business specifications with internal Business Partners (Finance, CISO, TRU).
• Analyze impacts on existing processes and tools supporting these processes.
• Define functional specifications of solutions using standard approaches whenever possible.
• Provide guidance on solution construction and design, including EtE impacts.
• Offer functional support and quality control throughout solution development stages.
• Perform SIT / UAT testing to ensure solution reliability.
• Create user documentation and educational materials to facilitate user adoption.
• Lead analysis and design tasks related to solution development or upgrades.
• Guide information and architecture management.
• Support technical implementation and validate technical requirements with developers.
• Ensure solution delivery on time.
• Focus on agility throughout the development cycle.
• Manage resources and coordinate team activities.

Required Skills

• Over 2 years of experience with S / 4H and Cytric or similar travel expense tools, including participation in implementation projects (upgrades, migrations, rollouts for SAP TME and Cytric).
• Experience with Cytric or other expense management tools (Concur, Coupa, etc.).
• Knowledge of corporate support functions.
• Experience with SAP TME full cycle, SAP HR, and SAP FI-AP.
• Mandatory experience with SAP FI-AP and its integration with SAP HR.
• Experience working with external teams.
• Degree in Finance & Accounting.
