We are now offering a limited number of Partner opportunities for experienced recruiters ready to take the next step in their career. This is not traditional employment. It is a partnership designed for those ready to own their time, their pipeline, and their profit.

What You Will Do

You will operate as a Head of Recruitment under the Halr Tech brand, fully supported by our internal infrastructure. Your focus is on what you do best:

  • placing exceptional talent
  • Manage and grow your own client portfolio
  • Source, qualify, and place candidates across tech, IT, engineering or sales verticals
  • Build long-term client and candidate relationships with a focus on delivery
  • Collaborate with Halr Tech leadership on best practices, candidate strategy, and growth plans
  • Operate independently, but never in isolation
