Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field is required.
• Experience in MedTech, BioTech or Pharma is essential.

Vida are in partnership with a highly innovative and fast growing MedTech start-up in the neurovascular space. As the company continues to scale, they are looking to bring on board an ambitious and creative Clinical Communication Specialist.

As part of the clinical team, this person will play a key role in supporting clinical trial training and content-related activities that align with the company's mission to develop the best treatment for acute ischemic stroke.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation and Management

• Develop and maintain a library of clinical content, including educational materials such as newsletters, presentations, videos, banners, and more.
• Collaborate with the company management and the clinical team to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality materials.

Conference and Training Logistics

• Organize logistics for clinical conferences and training events.
• Manage consumables for training devices to ensure high-quality hands-on training in flow simulators for physicians.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.

Clinical Trials Support

• Assist in logistics for clinical trials, including managing shipments and stock of trial-related materials.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Support the global clinical team with scheduling, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements in all activities.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Engineering or a related field.
• Clinical education experience in MedTech, BioTech or Pharma.

Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in creating and managing visual and multimedia content.
• Proficiency in managing customer-facing interactions and events.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with logistics and stock management processes.
• Knowledge of GCP (Good Clinical Practice) or other relevant clinical regulations is a plus.
