Job Description : About the role : Role Overview

At Crisalix, we empower aesthetic clinics to grow through better patient experiences and optimized business strategies. As a Practice Growth & Optimization Manager, your mission is to help our partner clinics succeed using Crisalix.

You’ll act as a strategic growth partner, working directly with clinics to embed Crisalix into their workflow, boost conversions, improve treatment plans, and enhance patient experiences. By identifying business gaps and aligning Crisalix tools with their goals, you’ll help clinics overcome barriers to growth and achieve their financial targets, taking ownership of these improvements for long-term success.

This role is 80% business consulting & implementation, 20% technology training.

We seek someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, ownership spirit, and results-driven attitude. This role offers leadership opportunities—help shape Crisalix's clinic growth strategy and potentially build and lead a team as we expand globally.

Key Responsibilities: Practice Growth & Business Optimization (80%)

  • Conduct consultations to understand each clinic’s goals and challenges.
  • Help clinics refine their sales funnel with Crisalix.
  • Recommend and implement best practices for pricing, consultation flow, treatment presentation, and patient communication.
  • Track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
  • Serve as a business coach for clinic teams.
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities.
  • Act as a long-term strategic advisor for performance improvement.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Marketing to onboard clinics and train staff.

  • Tech-savviness and confidence with digital tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
  • Languages : Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
