Formación

You'll work closely with our founding team to define our technical vision.

This is a full-time position, carried out from our offices in Dubai, Lisbon, or full remote from anywhere in the world.

French and English fluency is required.

YOUR MISSION

Your main goal will be to elevate Paradox’s online learning experience by building the new Paradox App, a state-of-the-art application integrating AI to deliver an unparalleled user experience. You will be the key player in creating a scalable online learning management system capable of handling multiple cohorts of hundreds of students simultaneously and supporting thousands effortlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & Innovate: Develop new features, implement AI-driven functionalities, test, iterate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Scalability & Performance: Ensure the application can handle large user volumes, optimize resources, and leverage CDN and caching strategies.
• User-Centered Design: Work with product and design teams to create intuitive, beautiful interfaces, prototype rapidly, and incorporate AI and automation.
• Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical challenges, analyze issues, and work across teams for system stability.
• Collaboration & Communication: Participate in architecture discussions, provide feedback, and work within Agile frameworks.

Must Have

• 3-6 years of experience in Full Stack Development, Lead Development, or as CTO of a startup.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript & React.js (minimum 3 years).
• Proficient in Tailwind CSS.
• Strong AI mindset and integration experience.
• Passion for clean, maintainable, scalable code.

Personality Traits

• Problem-solver, autonomous, proactive, organized, rigorous, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Nest.js, Chargebee API, ZohoBooks API, LMS applications, and mobile development.
