Your Role And Responsibilities

As part of your journey with IBM, you'll have the privilege of attending the prestigious Global Sales School. This immersive, intensive program equips you with world-class sales skills needed to thrive in the dynamic global marketplace. Through an intensive curriculum designed by sales thought leaders and industry experts, you'll learn to blend technical acumen with consultative sales best practices. You'll gain insights into IBM's unique selling propositions, product portfolios, and competitive landscape. Moreover, you'll engage in hands-on simulations, case studies, and role-playing exercises, mirroring real-world sales scenarios. This transformative experience will not only enhance your sales abilities but also foster a global network of like-minded professionals. Additionally, you will be involved in hands-on work as a Digital Sales Specialist within the IBM Tech Sales Accelerator Program. Your role will merge technology and commerce to create meaningful impact. Your typical day might include :

  • Solution-Selling Maestro : Harnessing the power of Data & AI technologies, you'll become a master of solution-selling. Your ability to identify decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and address client needs will open doors to growth.
  • Opportunity Orchestrator : Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your client and partner territories to drive revenue and foster profitable relationships.
  • Campaign Catalyst : Collaborate with IBM's Marketing and Sales teams to brainstorm and execute innovative business campaigns that resonate with clients and enhance brand visibility.
  • Relationship Rockstar : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and IBM partners, articulating the value of IBM technologies and nurturing mutual success.
  • Sales Process Symphony Conductor : Manage the entire sales process to meet and exceed KPIs, focusing on new business and account expansion.
  • Ecosystem Enabler : Work closely with IBM's sales ecosystem, including marketing, technical experts, and partners, to devise strategies and generate pipeline.

Required Qualifications

  • Completed technical degree such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and the local language.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit, able to work across functions and levels within IBM and partners.
