Formación

  • 7-10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, focusing on partner ecosystems.

Job Title :

Strategic Partner Leader - EMEA

Level : Senior

Full Time (40h / Week)

Location : Remote (EMEA)

You will report to our Head of Global Partnerships and join the Channel & Partnerships team. On TheOrg you can view the complete structure of our organisation, including information about every team member, hiring managers, and the size of each department.

You will be responsible for spearheading our partner ecosystem strategy in Greater EMEA, covering regions such as UKI, France, DACH, and NORDIC. Your focus will be on driving revenue growth and expansion into our Enterprise ICP by developing our partner ecosystem and leveraging our collaboration products worldwide.

The role involves building and expanding the partner ecosystem, developing pipeline generation, and targeting core ICP accounts through outbound efforts. You will work to transform the partnership ecosystem from existing partners into a scalable, long-term market success through a channel-first strategy.

The successful candidate will build the foundation of the partner ecosystem, design and implement sales strategies, and foster partnerships to meet sales targets. If you excel in a high-growth, impactful environment—shaping strategy, building alliances, and driving business—this role is ideal for you!

  • 7-10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on building partner ecosystems;
  • 3-5 years of selling with Partners to the Public or Federal Sector;
  • Proven experience working with partners in heavily regulated industries in the greater EMEA markets (Core DACH, UKI, France, Nordics);
  • Expertise in the B2B business model and partnership ecosystems;
  • Availability to travel approximately 25% of the time;
  • Strong relationships with Partners in the EMEA region;
  • Proficiency in Dutch, German, or French;
  • Experience working with Government and Defense Partners in Greater EMEA, especially in France, DACH, and Nordics;
  • Dynamic professional with excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • Ability to engage in cross-functional collaboration and foster a positive, innovative work environment;
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills for solving complex challenges and driving initiatives;

What You'll Do ️

  • Collaborate strategically with external partners, including co-selling with distributors, SIs, OEMs, and VARs;
  • Lead the strategy for recruiting, onboarding, and enabling new partners in Greater EMEA to expand Rocket.Chat’s global partner ecosystem;
  • Develop and manage a pipeline to generate revenue from partners;
  • Create joint business plans with regional partners and sales teams to ensure growth;
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, engineering, and finance to support partner success;
  • Work with Marketing regionally to develop demand-driving strategies and educate the market on Rocket.Chat’s value;
  • Assess partner performance, develop action plans, and conduct quarterly business reviews;
  • Support the onboarding and enablement of new regional partners.
