Americanflat Corp is looking for a self-motivated and experienced Amazon Store Manager to join our dynamic remote team. If you are looking for a long-term, full-time position in a stable company with an extensive growth opportunity, this job is the right one for you!! You will be the account manager of one or more of our Europe Amazon accounts, reporting to the Global Sales Manager. You will have both a PPC and Support role within your team which you will manage. We sell as a vendor to Amazon so the Vendor Central experience is a plus though not essential. **Roles & Responsibility** Monitoring and Growing Sales on Amazon:
Setting Vendor Central costs and retail pricing to be competitive while providing Amazon with sufficient profitability
Suggesting Deals and promotions for target SKUs (see collaboration with demand planning below)
Improving listing accuracy, copy, keywords, and images
Monitoring SKU performance and taking corrective action where necessary, in collaboration with product analysts.
Product Development and Launches:
Managing and taking ownership of product launch assets i. e. copy, and images.
Setting pricing for new product launches.
Suggesting product opportunities and working with product development to provide data insight from Helium10
Performing pricing analysis and providing feedback to the Product Development team on in-development SKUs
Communication directly with the PD team on product issues and potential improvements, based on customer feedback
Managing your team:
Regular meetings with support and PPC teams to troubleshoot SKUs flagged by the Demand Planning team
Taking responsibility for team projects and delegating to relevant team members
Carefully selecting SKUs that deserve to be pushed with PPC
Tracking PPC performance and budgets, particularly daily/weekly performance
Sharing ideas on product page improvements with the graphics team
Collaboration with Demand Planning:
Selecting SKUs for Deals, based on product selection provided by Demand Planning
Requesting SKUs for troubleshooting, and providing comments in Demand Planning weekly meetings
Checking the accuracy of projections
Reporting & Communicating:
Hosting fortnightly Amazon Sales meeting
Hosting monthly Product Launch meeting
Presenting most recent PPC and sales data to non-team members
Creating the weekly Amazon sales report and providing analysis
**Requirements**
You must have proven experience in similar roles
Minimum 3 years of experience with Amazon in Europe
Be able to work a minimum of 4 hours in the EST zone (New York time).
Be available for a weekly meeting scheduled between 2-3 pm EST (which corresponds to 8-9 pm in Europe).
Be able to meet 1-2x per week in the Europe morning before 9 am with the Global Sales Manager who is based in Australia
Advanced/Native English is a must
