What we look for?

We are looking for an experienced Senior .Net Developer to play a critical role in driving Azure-based projects, ensuring optimal solution architecture, and mentoring our team to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will help define, structure, and implement solutions while also training and guiding our internal team in areas where they have limited experience.

100% remote position for people located in Spain.

• Leadership and Mentorship : Lead and mentor the team on Azure technologies Durable Functions.
• Guide the team in adopting best practices for cloud-native development.
• Database Architecture : Help structure and decide between SQL and NoSQL database solutions based on business and technical requirements, ensuring the most effective and scalable design.
• Solution Design & Implementation : Design, implement, and optimize scalable solutions using various Azure services and tools to meet business needs.
• Technical Leadership : Provide guidance and technical leadership to ensure the team has the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver key projects. Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across departments, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery.
• Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest Azure technologies, best practices, and industry trends to continuously integrate innovative solutions into our projects.
• Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving : Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure, databases, and overall solution architecture, ensuring minimal disruptions and optimal performance.

Mandatory requirements :

• Proven experience in Azure cloud technologies, Durable Functions, Blob Storage…
• Experience in C#, .Net Core, .Net Framework
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, Cosmos DB, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience designing and implementing cloud-based data solutions with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and security.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed technical decisions based on business requirements and constraints.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor teams on new technologies and development practices.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience with additional Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure SQL.
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices.
