Mission

As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage projects from conception through implementation, testing, and handover. You will apply your management skills and technical knowledge to complete projects accurately, on time, and within budget, achieving revenue targets.

Project Types

Substation, Medium and Low Voltage Equipment, Electrical Distribution, Infrastructure, Data Centers, and Industry.

Main Responsibilities

1. Lead project execution teams across all stages, defining resources and responsibilities.
2. Review technical documentation to optimize solutions and ensure customer requirements are met.
3. Lead kick-off meetings with customers, factories, and subcontractors.
4. Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery, using tracking tools to proactively address issues.
5. Report project status to management effectively.
6. Analyze risks and opportunities, mitigating potential issues.
7. Manage customer communication to ensure satisfaction.
8. Collaborate with purchasing for subcontract negotiations.
9. Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and internal teams.
10. Monitor delivery times, costs, and quality during project execution.
11. Achieve margin improvements and meet budgeted results.
12. Manage variation orders and claims.
13. Establish relationships with stakeholders and manage project closure.

Knowledge and Experience

Technical Engineering degree or Bachelor's in Engineering, with project management experience in Medium Voltage Solutions, MV Equipment, and turnkey plants. Experience in electrical distribution substations, MV/LV electrical installations, control and monitoring systems, and data center applications is valuable.
