Job Description :

An opportunity within the A400M Retrofit Quality team has arisen at Airbus Defence and Space in Seville (San Pablo). The role involves supporting the reception, modification, testing, and delivery phases of aircraft, ensuring proper execution, documentation, and resolving issues on site. The candidate may be required to work morning/afternoon shift rotations.

The jobholder will coordinate quality activities to ensure performance on quality, time, and cost, under PERAM 145 regulation for MRO business. Ensuring compliance with regulations, quality standards, and company values is essential.

Qualifications include an Aeronautical Engineering degree or related discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in Quality and Production departments, and around 5 years of project and team management experience is advantageous. The candidate should be adaptable, experienced in managing people and conflicts, and proficient in English and Spanish. Knowledge of German or French is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
