Key Responsibilities :
- Support the development and implementation of automated marketing strategies across the full funnel, including nurture and lead generation campaigns. Design, execute, and optimize campaigns to enhance engagement and conversions.
- Manage and optimize daily operational requests to support global Marketo operations, ensuring smooth automation processes and troubleshooting issues.
- Set up and maintain automated programs aligned with marketing objectives, ensuring effective automation strategies.
- Conduct regular reviews and optimizations of automations and reports, monitoring performance metrics and making data-driven improvements.
- Perform data cleanups to maintain data integrity and ensure accurate, up-to-date records within the Marketo system.
- Handle backend development tasks related to Marketo, utilizing technical skills to customize and enhance the platform for business needs.
- Collaborate with local marketing teams to lead successful campaigns and share best practices.
- Drive best practices within the automation team and stakeholders, leveraging Marketo features effectively.
- Participate in exploring and implementing new features and developments to optimize Marketo usage within the group.
Your Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
- Proven experience with Marketo, including hands-on setup and maintenance of automated marketing programs.
- Strong technical skills in backend development related to Marketo.
- Knowledge of data-driven marketing to optimize campaign performance.
- Understanding of efficient marketing campaigns and full-funnel demand generation strategies.
- Interest in processes and a good understanding of technical aspects.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
