Head of Product Management - Permanent, Remote within the EU

A leading SAP-based consulting business for the Food and Drink industry is seeking a Head of Product Management to lead the company through a Native Cloud migration. This is a permanent position offering the flexibility to relocate to Basel, CH, or work remotely from any European country.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee internal departments such as Operations, Product Development, Support, and Delivery.
• Manage planning, logistics, strategic product development, innovations, and future food industry requirements.
• Coordinate and prioritize activities between teams and manage release planning.
• Develop strategic partnerships and expand the company's product solutions through networking.
• Forecast future requirements and solutions to shape the company's product portfolio as part of the IT board.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in a managerial role related to product management, such as Head of Product Line, CTO, Head of SAP, or Senior Product Manager.
• Technical understanding of SAP Logistic modules like PP, MM, QM, IBP, BPC, SAP Cloud, from either a technical or business perspective.
• Background in the Food and Drink industry with a deep understanding of industry-specific processes and customer markets.
• Excellent English skills; proficiency in another European language such as German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Basel or other European client sites.
