A leading company is seeking an ERP Solution Engineer to provide expertise during the sales process, configure demos, and support partners. Ideal candidates will have a university degree in Business or Economics and experience with financial software. Join a dynamic team and develop your career in a multi-lingual environment.
A large community of Solutions Engineers across EMEA engages the COE team in various ways, including answering tenders, customizing demos, building prototypes, and supporting partners and customers with specific requests. Comprehensive training programs—covering technical skills and SaaS applications—prepare you to support field organizations across EMEA. This role offers the opportunity to develop and combine application and business skills with sales communication within a young, dynamic, multi-lingual, and motivated team.
As an ERP solution engineer, you will play a critical role by providing functional expertise and support during the sales process, especially in configuring demonstrations and responding to tenders (RFXs). You will have the chance to develop broad expertise spanning business, product, technical knowledge, customer interaction, communication, and general IT market understanding. Successful Solutions Engineers are talented individuals who blend product expertise with business acumen and have opportunities to build careers in various IT (and non-IT) functions. They act as business partners within the Solution Engineering ecosystem and are regarded as trusted advisors by the Sales Community.
We seek professionals with a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar, with experience in Financial software products (preferably Oracle Applications—EBS, Fusion, PeopleSoft, or JDE). Solid experience in Financial Management or Accounting is also valued. Proficiency in English is a prerequisite.
