A leading company in Valencia is seeking a Junior B2B Sales Executive to kickstart their sales career. This role offers hands-on mentorship from the CEO and the opportunity to own and scale the European market. With a competitive base salary of €25,000 plus uncapped commission, you will engage with clients across Europe, learn the full sales cycle, and fast-track your path to leadership in a dynamic startup environment.
Location: Valencia (Hybrid or in-office)

Base Salary: €25,000 + Uncapped Commission Bonus
Kick off your sales career with hands-on mentorship from our CEO. For the first three months, you’ll act as the CEO’s right hand on US-market accounts — joining sales calls, crafting proposals, and mastering our full sales cycle.
After probation, you’ll transition to owning and scaling the European market, crafting your own pipeline, and closing deals from Spain to Scandinavia. You’ll be the face of SVibe in Europe, embracing frequent travel (industry events, client visits, regional roadshows).
This is not a deskbound role (when you get past probation)—it’s a chance to learn by doing, shape a startup’s growth, and fast-track your path to sales leadership.
