Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Content Tagging Specialist to collaborate with a top 15 global pharmaceutical company.

The Tagging Steward Service supports global tagging framework implementation, manages tagging incidents, and resolves questions related to tagging across multiple platforms. The specialist will work with business stakeholders to emphasize the importance of quality tagging on business performance.

  1. Respond to questions and address issues raised by the tagging community.
  2. Run reports to analyze tagging implementation across platforms.
  3. Support dashboard and report setup for capability tracking and ongoing projects.
  4. Assist in creating and submitting tagging project demands.
  5. Manage tagging value updates and maintain internal tagging sheets.
  6. Maintain tagging master data document framework.
  7. Monitor and report on tagging project progress.
  8. Identify and support mitigation of potential risks and issues for assigned projects.
  9. Escalate technical issues to support teams and manage incidents via MyServices.
  10. Support setup, delivery, and debriefing of workshops for TA champions (Tagging & Attributes).
  11. Refine processes for Brand Attributes updates, including submission dates, workshop planning, execution, and follow-up.
  12. Support setup, delivery, and debriefing of monthly AM&T proposal meetings.
  13. Assist in system, process, and tagging attribute enhancements.
  14. Ensure systems are fully functional for tagging across all channels.
  15. Create tagging communications and training content.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Understanding of metadata management and tagging principles.
  • Experience with content management and digital asset management platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in creating training materials and conducting sessions.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or similar.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of Semantic Web technologies (RDFS / OWL, RDF, SPARQL, SKOS) including ontology/taxonomy modeling and data integration.
  • Fluent in English; German or additional languages are a plus.
  • Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
