A leading company is seeking a remote Software Testing Specialist to own automation testing frameworks, write complex code for testing systems, and collaborate with team members to enhance testing practices. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance, particularly with SaaS products, and a strong desire to learn new technologies.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Experience testing SaaS products.

Job Description

This is a remote position.

• Own the automation testing frameworks and design
• Write moderately complex code to test systems
• Work with team members to keep testing at the forefront of our SDLC
• Inject expertise on test case reusability and design
• Discover common behaviors within the applications and translate these into automated tests
• Drive further adoption of unit / integration / system testing, metrics to monitor code coverage, bug prevention strategies, and other quality measures

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• 5+ years of experience in test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases and debugging
• Experience testing SaaS products
• Black box and white box experience and expertise
• Desire to learn new technologies
• BS / BA in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent years of experience in quality assurance
