About The Role
As a Consultant, you will help create a high-level skills taxonomy and qualification tests for our applicants.
- Design and implement a structured classification system tailored to the organization's needs, outlining essential knowledge, skills, and understanding in the field.
- Develop competency-based assessments to evaluate the knowledge, skills, and expertise of future applicants.
- Provide expert recommendations on optimizing classification and assessment methodologies.
- Collaborate with our methodologist to ensure alignment between taxonomy development and recruitment strategies.
- Review and refine the taxonomy framework and qualification tests based on feedback and testing outcomes.
Requirements
- Hold a Master's degree or PhD in Data Security & Privacy or a related field.
- Have at least 7 years of professional experience in Data Security & Privacy or a related field.
- Possess advanced (C1 or above) level of English proficiency.
- Experience in taxonomy development and creating qualification tests.
- Willingness to learn new methods, adapt quickly between tasks and topics, and work with complex guidelines.
- Must have a laptop, internet connection, available time, and enthusiasm for remote work.
- Participate in a part-time, remote, freelance project that complements your primary commitments.
- Work on advanced AI projects and enhance your professional portfolio.
- Influence how future AI models understand and communicate in your field.
