Reporting to the CEO of the Group, the successful candidate will lead and accelerate strategies aligned with the global Vision 2030, integrating them within the organization to create strong synergies across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with proven leadership experience in driving change and transformation. A strong track record in value-based, top-down sales and P&L management is essential.
Experience in a transformation journey—shifting from a product-centric to a consultative, service-oriented sales approach—is highly desirable. Knowledge or experience in maintenance and lubrication management (e.g., ICML 55.1), change management, or leadership development will be considered a significant advantage.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory for this role.
