We are seeking to hire for their subsidiary in Viladecans a :

Position Overview

Reporting to the CEO of the Group, the successful candidate will lead and accelerate strategies aligned with the global Vision 2030, integrating them within the organization to create strong synergies across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overall leadership and strategic management of the Spanish subsidiary, focusing on executing sustainable, future-oriented strategies aligned with the Group’s vision and mission.
  • Full P&L responsibility, emphasizing results management, profitability, and long-term value creation.
  • Lead and accelerate the transformation towards a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach, ensuring customer value beyond product delivery.
  • Develop a service-driven organizational structure that supports sales strategies and enhances long-term customer relationships.
  • Identify and expand market opportunities in existing and new sectors based on sustainable go-to-market strategies rooted in market and client insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement of internal structures and processes, promoting agility and operational excellence.
  • Coach, empower, and develop the management team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and leadership growth.
  • Maintain open, appreciative communication with employees at all levels and serve as a visible, hands-on leader and role model.
  • Ensure regular, transparent communication and reporting to Group headquarters, providing insights and strategic updates.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with proven leadership experience in driving change and transformation. A strong track record in value-based, top-down sales and P&L management is essential.

Experience in a transformation journey—shifting from a product-centric to a consultative, service-oriented sales approach—is highly desirable. Knowledge or experience in maintenance and lubrication management (e.g., ICML 55.1), change management, or leadership development will be considered a significant advantage.

Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory for this role.
