Formación

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to lead and expand our sales operations for Guascor Energy engine spare parts across Europe. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of industrial engines and their components, with a strong background in B2B technical sales. This role involves identifying new clients, nurturing existing accounts, and ensuring timely delivery of OEM and compatible spare parts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive sales of Guascor Energy engine spare parts and other industrial engine components across Europe.
  • Identify and develop relationships with power plants, biogas plants, marine companies, engine service providers, and other B2B clients.
  • Respond to RFQs (Request for Quotations) and prepare accurate quotations with technical details.
  • Maintain and expand the client database, ensuring repeat and long-term business.
  • Coordinate with the procurement and logistics team to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
  • Provide technical guidance to clients regarding compatibility, usage, and benefits of parts.
  • Attend relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent the company.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments.
  • Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial engine spare parts sales (Guascor, Jenbacher, MAN, MWM, or similar brands preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Guascor engine models and their spare part requirements.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven sales record.
  • Ability to travel within Europe as required
