Formación

The Junior Guest Relations Officer is responsible for each guest interaction, ensuring a seamless and memorable premium service experience. As part of the Guest Relations team, this officer acts as the liaison between guests and all Hotel and Marine Departments, proactively anticipating needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain professionalism and emergency preparedness within stateroom services, including resolving elevator and ADA alarms.
  2. Serve as the brand voice for the ship and Guest Relations in handling external calls, providing high-quality personalized service to guests and crew.
  3. Respond to escalated guest concerns in a considerate, professional, and empathetic manner.
  4. Monitor and report on operational metrics such as guest counts, call volumes, and behavioral analysis.
  5. Communicate inventory, program access, and maintenance needs effectively, taking ownership of work areas and tools.
  6. Lead by example with a calm, firm demeanor, treating all guests and crew with humility and respect.
  7. Champion cleanliness and orderliness in all guest and crew areas through proper reporting and ownership.
  8. Greet guests and crew following the service philosophy, taking full ownership of occurrences requiring leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly, and cordially with guests.
  • Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, or German is preferred.
