Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the structural design of existing and newly developed rotor blade connections, including bolts.
• Creation of mechanical models of blade connections and related components.
• Stress analysis of rotor blade connections using numerical methods (e.g., FEM).
• Development and specification of rotor blade connections and conducting component tests.

Your Profile

• Mechanical Engineer (M.Sc.) or similar qualification (Civil, Aerospace, Materials, Computational, Industrial).
• Proficient knowledge and some work experience in structural mechanics, composite materials including manufacturing and mechanical testing, Finite Element Analysis.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German and Spanish is a plus.
• Experience: 2-5 years in blades or similar composite applications.
• Willingness to travel.
