AIRBUS offers more than 60 vacancies for our full-time graduate program in Spain - # DISCOVER II 2025 / 2026 - Starting date October 1st, 2025.

We are seeking recent graduates ( #Graduates_Spain ) from various disciplines interested in developing their careers in the aeronautical sector. The current environment requires innovative ways of thinking, relating, and looking at challenges.

What does this internship consist of?

In collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program ( #DISCOVER ) designed to provide top-tier training in new areas essential for future professionals.

Participants will have the opportunity to pursue a Master's degree, structured in three training blocks, focusing on high-demand skills. This will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in a department related to their degree, allowing practical learning and academic growth.

The internship begins in early October 2025 and lasts 11 months (excluding August). It is a full-time role (40 hours / week) with an attractive study grant.

Internship Description

You will join the Reward / Compensation & Benefits Spanish team at Airbus Spain.

The Reward team, part of Human Resources, specializes in providing Compensation & Benefits solutions and tools aligned with Airbus strategies for both national and international scope.

Our focus areas include Benefits, Salary, and Job Grading for Airbus Spain employees.

Your role involves supporting process improvements, implementation, and simplification within these areas. You will work with a local team in Spain and have opportunities to engage with international colleagues.

Your tasks will include supporting salary campaigns, grading and job leveling activities, and defining employee benefits offerings. Monitoring the performance and effectiveness of Reward solutions will also be part of your responsibilities.

Required Skills #AirbusDiversity :

Successful candidates will demonstrate :

  • University studies in Law, Economics, Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Jamboard, Forms); expert level appreciated.
  • Experience with MyPULSE, SAP is desirable.
  • Ability to react quickly and adapt to various tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize and translate complex information.
  • Proactive attitude towards process improvements, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and willingness to work in local and international environments.
