MAIN TASKS :
  1. Provide support to sales and functional teams in assigned accounts, including solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
  2. Support the Project Manager / Delivery Manager in technical leadership, bringing comprehensive platform knowledge and identifying optimal solutions to meet project requirements.
  3. Detect and notify risks related to technical management, project profitability, scope, schedule, and costs.
  4. Ensure the achievement of technical objectives and compliance with quality standards.
  5. Supervise effort estimations during testing phases.
  6. Assist in project demos and ensure delivery of technical documentation.
  7. Participate in technical team training, mentoring, and development.
  8. Identify opportunities for technical Up & Cross Selling and methodological improvements.
  9. Contribute to Omega's community of practice with thought leadership and training.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
  1. At least 3 years of full lifecycle Salesforce.com implementation experience.
  2. Experience as a Salesforce.com developer.
  3. Knowledge of modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
  4. Experience with agile methodologies.
  5. Proficiency in English.
