In collaboration, we have partnered with a leading BPO company that supports top tech brands in providing exceptional customer care. We are seeking a Dutch-speaking client-facing Cloud Solutions Specialist capable of driving sales opportunities based on knowledge of Modern Workplace, Data and BI, Apps and Infrastructure, and Business Applications.

Employment type : Full-time

Remuneration : Base salary + performance bonus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Secure new customer wins for cloud services, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers.
  2. Present cloud value propositions that align with customers' business objectives and IT initiatives.
  3. Provide technical product overviews, offerings, and insights relevant to customer needs and usage scenarios.
  4. Enhance technical knowledge by delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
  5. Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations to ensure customers receive accurate cost projections for new services.
  6. Conduct quick technical feasibility assessments and develop proposals for solutions.
  7. Develop comprehensive knowledge of cloud offerings and leverage training resources effectively.
  8. Conduct group and one-on-one training sessions on relevant subjects across the center.
  9. Meet and exceed team targets for net-new revenue, sales pipeline, and operational metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Intermediate or fluent verbal and written English; fluent or native Dutch.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development.
  • Minimum Fundamentals certification; L200 certification is preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communication solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred, ideally in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
  • Experience in computer science, mathematics, or engineering is a plus.
  • Knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud and hybrid solutions is preferred.
  • Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning.
  • Experience with designing, migrating, and managing cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communication solutions.
  • Passion for cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging trends.
  • Proven track record of outstanding performance and goal achievement.
  • Initiative to grow technical knowledge independently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, linking solutions to measurable business value.
