• 3-5 years of experience in Market Data Engineering.
• Deep understanding of application configuration and troubleshooting, experience supporting Windows environments is essential.
• Experience providing remote support (international), working with vendors for problem resolution.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to make presentations to customers, clients, or professional peers, and work independently on problem-solving.
• Market Data support experience.

AND IF IN ADDITION...

• Application product support experience with Refinitiv, Bloomberg, Datastream, FactSet, etc.
• Deep understanding of application configuration and troubleshooting, supporting market data or trading desktop applications.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Python, PowerShell.
• Experience with vendor data distribution systems like TREP, Elektron, Active, etc.
• Financial industry experience—understanding of capital markets and experience with multiple asset classes.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Develop end-user interfaces and applications connecting to systems, such as charts, Excel, and data processing tools.
• Perform pre-market checks of critical applications and infrastructure.
• Support application functionality and data content; escalate data content issues to vendors and / or internal developers.
• Create and maintain run-books and FAQs for the helpdesk.
• Manage incident management processes for Market Data issues.
• Engage with end users, vendors, and helpdesk until issues are resolved.
