1. Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs for the HCM module.
2. Implement improvements and optimize SAP processes.
3. Document developments and conduct technical testing.
4. Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to implement effective solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in ABAP development for the HCM module.
2. Knowledge of integration with other systems using IDOCs and Web Services.
3. Experience in debugging and optimizing ABAP code.
4. Advanced English level.
5. Ability to work in a flexible environment with remote work options.
