We are seeking a results-driven Iberia Software Sales Account Manager to focus on selling our Data Operations and Data Intelligence solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for new business within the existing customer base as well as winning business with new logos. You will serve as the primary liaison between Quest Software and 10 focused accounts, owning key verticals for sales.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the use of Quest’s Data Operations and Data Intelligence solutions within the Iberia Market.
  2. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within your accounts to ensure business cross-sell.
  3. Drive adoption and expansion of Quest’s solutions through consultative selling.
  4. Understand clients' business goals, data challenges, and IT infrastructure, and develop tailored strategies to address their needs.
  5. Analyse market and industry trends to identify potential opportunities for growth within your customer base.
  6. Work closely with internal technical and services teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  7. Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  8. Achieve or exceed assigned annual sales targets and strategic account objectives (Company goal is AOP +20%).
  9. Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular reports on account development status and sales forecasts.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive in the data management, software, or IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a positive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to develop a region quickly using past experiences and networks.
  • Experience in creating and executing territory plans and monitoring progress.
  • Ability to develop relationships with local partners to define strategic action plans.
  • Understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements.
  • Experience managing complex sales involving large companies and multiple products across BUs.
  • Territory/regional account management, including account planning and sales forecasting.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and account management systems.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
