Job Title: Senior Solutions Architect

We are pleased to announce that Teleperformance is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join our thriving Sales Enablement team in EMEA.

Role Overview

The Senior Solutions Architect will proactively lead and develop complex customer management and business process solution bids and tenders for prospects and clients. This client-facing role involves working closely with the EMEA Sales Enablement team to support regional Business Development efforts through various stages of the sales cycle. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to craft solutions that meet the client’s business drivers and objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop qualified complex customer management and business process solution bids and tenders.
  • Drive innovative, scalable, and high-performing solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Design and execute an EMEA solution strategy that delivers measurable results and supports business development goals.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Solutioning.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience facilitating and leading workshops with multiple stakeholders.
  • Solid experience in sales process and solution design.
  • Technologically savvy with a focus on innovation and disruptive technologies.
  • Ability to challenge sales strategies and client perspectives to develop alternative solutions.
  • Experience in European and global markets.
