Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with hotel clients, becoming their primary point of contact.

  • Negotiation Skills: Negotiate competitive rates and terms with clients to ensure mutual profitability.
  • Support Tasks: Assist Account Executives with various administrative tasks, including client outreach and account management.

  • CRM Usage: Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) to manage account records and track sales interactions.

Requirements

Qualifications:
To thrive in this position, candidates should possess:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales or business development, particularly in Hotel Revenue/Reservations/Leisure Sales.
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry and online booking platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.
  • Experience in B2B sales is advantageous.
  • A dedication to ongoing learning and growth in B2B sales methods.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities conducive to relationship-building.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • The ability to multitask and navigate a fast-paced workplace.
