A fast-growing SaaS company seeks an experienced HR leader to join their People & Culture team. You will influence company culture and lead HR operations globally, ensuring compliance and supporting over 400 employees. The ideal candidate has extensive HR experience, particularly in German labor law, and excels in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

  • 8+ years of experience in HR, leading global teams.
  • Deep knowledge of German labor law and experience in North America and EMEA.

About the role

You will be a key member of our People & Culture team, translating our people-first strategy into daily actions. You will influence our company culture and lead a global team dedicated to HR operations, supporting 400+ Uberallers across 30 countries. Your work ensures our employees are supported with relevant services, tools, and compliance. You will also be part of the Global People & Culture leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief People Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a high-performing HR operations team globally
  • Manage employment processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
  • Plan and execute annual HR processes related to performance, compensation, benefits, development, and engagement
  • Maintain accurate employee data and ensure effective use of HRIS systems
  • Coordinate payroll and benefits processes with partners
  • Manage relationships with EOR providers to support flexible working, mobility, and hybrid culture
  • Handle employment relations professionally in collaboration with legal partners
  • Work with other HR teams and stakeholders to enhance the employee journey

Ideal Candidate

  • 8+ years of experience in HR, leading global teams in a growth environment
  • Deep knowledge of German labor law and / or experience across North America and EMEA
  • Understanding of compensation & benefits strategy
  • People advocate with a focus on culture and employee experience
  • Emotionally intelligent, capable of conflict resolution
  • Enjoys working across cultures and time zones in a hybrid environment
  • Proactive, accountable, and driven
