The E-Marketing Specialist brings the Logix brand personality to life in email communications and is responsible for day-to-day operation of that critical program. Writing compelling, error-free copy, designing or commissioning quality supporting graphics, and embedding appropriate calls to action to create trackable sales activity and a positive brand experience are important hallmarks of this position. The position will also support other list-based and / or targeted promotions such as automated marketing workflows, automated member engagement campaigns, and limited personalization activities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute targeted electronic delivery campaigns, particularly email, tailored to meet company objectives.
  • Craft engaging, error-free marketing copy with a distinct Logix brand voice, demonstrating both wit and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Maintain organization and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects from inception to completion.
  • Collect and analyze data, providing regular reports on email program performance.
  • Update project management tools with relevant information for stakeholder transparency.
  • Oversee vendor relationships to ensure timely and on-brand email production.
  • Investigate and integrate new electronic delivery methods and technologies to boost sales leads.
  • Conduct A / B testing to enhance the effectiveness of digital messaging programs.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of automated promotional workflows and targeted communications.
  • Utilize basic photo editing skills or collaborate with graphic design vendors to produce visually compelling communications.
  • Verify that all links, rates, and information in electronic member communications are current and comply with relevant regulations.
  • Stay informed about online marketing regulations, ensuring adherence to LFCU’s privacy policy and member service standards.
  • Scrub and manage data files for email deployment to maintain accuracy and relevance.
  • Create and compile targeted lists by integrating data from various sources into spreadsheets.
  • Primarily focus on assigned functions with occasional interaction with other departments.

Qualifications

Education

  • Description : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Creative Writing, English or related discipline, or equivalent combination of work experience, training, certifications, and demonstration of continued learning pursuits outside of a degree program.

Experience

  • Minimum Years of Experience : 3
  • Preferred Years of Experience : 5
  • Comments : 3-5 Years related experience in a marketing, design and / or copywriting role.

Knowledge, Skills & Ability

  • Relevant certifications that support the role.
  • Proficient in industry-standard software and tools; experience with email delivery platforms such as HubSpot, MailChimp, CheetahMail, or Exact Target is preferred.
  • Skilled in Photoshop and HTML; familiarity with other design and web development tools is a plus.
  • Exceptional command of written English, with the ability to craft compelling marketing copy for web, email, and promotional materials.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • Proficient in basic arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Competent in calculating rates, ratios, and percentages, as well as interpreting and creating bar graphs.
  • Skilled in problem identification, data collection, fact establishment, and drawing accurate conclusions.
  • Capable of interpreting a range of technical instructions, including mathematical and diagrammatic forms, and managing both abstract and concrete variables.
  • Ability to analyze web statistics and usage patterns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing, including creating and managing targeted email campaigns.
  • Ability to showcase graphic design and copywriting samples for review.
  • Understanding of consumer behavior, member segmentation, and the financial industry, with experience in developing and evaluating web and email promotions.
  • Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in tracking, monitoring, and evaluating website trends and statistics, with the capability to make informed recommendations to senior management.
  • Knowledge of applicable email marketing laws and regulations is preferred.
  • Contribute proactively to large projects, offering constructive insights and driving improvements towards project goals.
