Job Summary

Join our expanding Data Delivery team, working with some of the most advanced BI technologies, and take on new challenges to support strategic projects focused on data. We have a roadmap of new products to support our clients and hotels. You will work as part of our global teams from day one and benefit from working with some great data sets already developed via our cloud data platform.

Job Responsibilities

1. Modelling: You will be responsible for refactoring & improving data models, developing new data models, troubleshooting data issues, managing master data (creation, updates, deletion), providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing. You will also handle the commissioning and decommissioning of data sets, evaluate changes to source production systems, support the data warehouse in reporting requirements, and assist with data integrity and normalization initiatives. Additionally, you will assess tests, implement new or upgraded software, and monitor data flows.
2. Data Quality: Develop tests & checks to ensure data quality, working with quality assurance analysts as needed.
3. Data Security: Process confidential data following best practices and internal policies.
4. Reporting: Manage and design the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata. Troubleshoot reporting database environments and reports, and help develop reports and analyses.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with SQL, data modeling architectures, data warehouses, and ELT processes.
• Experience with version control tools such as Bitbucket or Gitlab.
• Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and recommend software solutions.
• Proven experience managing relational databases and large datasets using methodologies and processes.
• Understanding of addressing and metadata standards.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
• Advanced proficiency in English is required.
