Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing Nutra company specializing in health and wellness products. They are on the lookout for an experienced Affiliate Manager who will drive affiliate growth and develop into the Head of Affiliates role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Affiliate Program Management : Oversee and nurture relationships with existing and new affiliates to drive program expansion.
• Performance Optimization : Analyze and enhance affiliate performance to maximize returns on campaigns.
• Strategic Development : Create and implement effective strategies for affiliate campaigns and promotions.
• Data Analysis : Track and evaluate affiliate performance metrics to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
• Networking : Attend industry conferences and events to establish and strengthen relationships with affiliates.
• Team Leadership : Prepare to evolve into the Head of Affiliates role, leading a dedicated affiliate team in the future.

Requirements
