We are looking for a Business Analyst (Fluent English) - FULL REMOTE

This role involves conducting gap analysis, mapping source systems, ensuring continuous handover, and finalizing requirements. It is key in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring seamless BI system integration and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the automotive or mobility sector

Key Responsibilities:

• Gap Analysis: Identify and analyze gaps in business processes; develop strategies for improvement.
• Source System Mapping: Map data from source systems to the BI platform, ensuring data integrity.
• Continuous Handover: Facilitate communication and knowledge transfer among stakeholders.
• Finalization of Requirements: Gather, document, and confirm business requirements with stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business units, IT, and external partners; manage expectations and ensure alignment.

• Location: FULL REMOTE
• Schedule: 40 hours/week, flexible, with Friday intensive
