A Maintenance Technician is responsible for carrying out maintenance work promptly and to high standards to ensure an excellent Guest and Member experience.

What will I be doing?

As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities include:

1. Implementing all statutory and legal requirements, including fire, health and safety, hygiene, electricity at work, and local by-laws.
2. Responding promptly to all inquiries.
3. Carrying out maintenance and repair work, ensuring the use of appropriate PPE.
4. Maintaining green areas and car parks when applicable.
5. Following planned preventative maintenance programmes.
6. Maintaining good relationships with internal and external customers and contractors.
7. Implementing energy conservation initiatives.
8. Following C.O.S.H.H regulations, especially regarding the storage of hazardous substances.
9. Attending additional training relevant to the role.
