Are you an expert at creatinghigh-impact paid media campaigns and passionate about optimizingperformance through data? One of our clients - a leading performancemarketing agency - is seeking a Paid Media Buyer who’s notonly proficient in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads ,but also excels at data analysis, forecasting, and campaign pacing.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who’shungry, results-driven, and ready to make an immediate impact byscaling direct-response campaigns through strategic data use.

Position Overview:

We’re on thelookout for a Paid Media Buyer with proven expertise indirect-response growth marketing. This fully remote role involvesexecuting campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and potentially otherchannels. The ideal candidate is deeply analytical, process-oriented,and able to optimize campaigns to deliver measurable performance atscale.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution : Lead the planning, execution,and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads,focusing on ROI and performance KPIs.

Data-DrivenOptimization: Monitor performance daily, spot anomalies or pacingissues, and iterate quickly to drive growth.

Pacing &Forecasting: Use historical data and tools to project outcomes,allocate budgets, and ensure optimal pacing.

CreativeCollaboration: Work closely with creative teams to ensure adassets are aligned with platform best practices and campaign goals.

Budget Management & Reporting: Track campaign spend,manage pacing, and prepare performance reports with actionableinsights.

● Communication: Deliver reports and updates tostakeholders using Google Slides and other tools.

TrendMonitoring & Innovation: Stay up to date on platform changes anddigital trends to implement innovative media buying strategies.

Technical Skills: Able to implement Meta ConversionAPIs, configure Tags and Pixels through GTM, and set up MobileMeasurement Partners (MMPs).

Team Collaboration &Mentorship: Support teammates, share best practices, and helpelevate performance across the team.

What YouBring

Paid Media Expertise:

  • Deepexperience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns with budgets of atleast $50K/month.
  • Familiarity with additional platforms(TikTok, Bing, Amazon) is a plus.

Data AnalysisMastery:

  • Skilled with GA4, Triple Whale, NorthBeam,Looker Studio (or similar tools) for insight generation andvisualization.
  • Comfortable digging into data and identifyingactionable performance trends.

Pacing & ForecastingSkills:

  • Strong capabilities in campaign pacing andforecasting to ensure delivery and efficiency.
  • Confident working withKPIs, conversion metrics, and performance benchmarks.
  • Able to work hand-in-hand withcreative teams to iterate and test performance-driven ad concepts.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Clear andconcise communicator who can translate data into insights for internalteams or clients.

Driven Mindset:

  • Hungry to learn, improve, and win-always thinking abouthow to grow and optimize.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or arelated field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience indigital marketing and paid media, with a focus on direct-responsestrategies and data-driven performance optimization.
  • Provenability to manage large budgets and optimize paid mediacampaigns on platforms like Meta and Google Ads .
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience withperformance metrics, ROI analysis, and forecasting.
  • Strongcommunication and project management abilities.
  • Leadershipexperience is a plus.
  • Willing to work within US time zone
