What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager for Iberia. You will be responsible for shaping and implementing the local strategic L&D plan in Iberia (Spain and Portugal), maximizing resource efficiencies across Ricoh EMEA, fostering the right learning culture to support strategic goals, leading the EMEA digital learning transformation within the LDC, and managing a team in Spain.

What do you need?

• Degree or advanced degree in HR, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Availability to travel; occasional travel may be required.
• High proficiency in English (C1); Portuguese is a plus.
• Senior experience in L&D within IT or Tech companies, focusing on:
• Business alignment and capability gap analysis.
• L&D Planning and Resource Management.
• Strategic Leadership and Service Provision.
• Budget Management and FUNDAE Compliance.
• LMS optimization and KPI Management.
• Driving Digital Transformation in Learning.
• Design and Development of L&D Programs.
• Facilitation and Coaching.
• Evaluation and Continuous Improvement.
