HUGO BOSS is looking for an HR Contract Specialist - Technical Specialist in Contracts & Payroll to join our company, based in Madrid. C / Rivera del Loira 8-10.

• Immediate incorporation.
• 40 hours / week.
• Permanent contract.
• Schedule : Monday to Thursday : 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM. Friday : 9 : 00 AM to 2 : 00 PM.

What you can expect :

• Employee documentation.
• Personnel administration : Registrations & Deregistrations, Absenteeism, Sick Leaves, Accidents, Timekeeping, Overtime, Personnel Accreditation.
• Employment contracts.
• Inform and update collective agreements.
• Reconciliation of Social Security.
• Calculations of Income Tax Withholding (IRPF).
• Manage the process of monthly variables, changes in working hours.
• Payroll and severance payments.
• Preparation, reconciliation, and presentation of labor-related taxes.
• Employee advisory services.

Your profile :

• Bachelor's Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or similar.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in Office 365 Package; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in the CEGID (Meta 4).
• Experience in communication with Social Security (SEPE).
• Knowledge of SAP and Samesystem (highly valued).
• Ability to work in a team.
• Extensive ability in managing functions and autonomy in the role.
• Fluency in English, Advanced C1 (A level test will be conducted).
• Previous experience in HR and personnel management (Generalist).
