Key Responsibilities

• Design and Architecture of Scalable Solutions: Create and customize Jira environments tailored to the company’s workflows and operations.
• Workflow Optimization: Design and refine workflows, permissions, and schemes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Tool Integrations: Connect Jira with tools like Slack, Confluence, Bitbucket, and CI/CD systems, explore third-party plugins, and develop API-based integrations.
• Continuous Optimization: Regularly review and improve Jira configurations to ensure top performance and resolve technical challenges swiftly.
• Governance and Best Practices: Define Jira standards, ensure scalability without compromising security, and document processes for user adoption.
• Training and Support: Lead workshops, provide training, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior administrators.
• Innovation and Updates: Stay up-to-date with Atlassian trends and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

About you

• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Jira as an Administrator, Consultant, or Solution Architect.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of Jira (Cloud or Data Center), including workflows, automation, and scripting (e.g., Groovy, ScriptRunner).
• Integration Know-How: Proven experience connecting Jira with third-party tools and platforms via APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps principles.
• Desired, but not required: Atlassian certifications (e.g., ACP-120 Jira Administration, ACP-600 Project Administration), Spanish knowledge.
