A leading company in IT recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Intern to manage the recruitment cycle for various IT roles. The position offers a paid internship with flexible working hours and personal coaching. Ideal candidates should have a relevant degree and a passion for the IT world.

Your Role
  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all IT positions.
  2. Manage top of funnel recruiting including research, sourcing & candidate assessment.
  3. Use social media for proactive sourcing and posting job offers.
  4. Develop innovative strategies to find top talent.
  5. Work mainly on technical roles (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, Data, etc.) but also on PM, CTO, SM roles.
  6. Manage your candidate pipeline and identify potential future opportunities.
  7. Conduct initial interviews for candidate screening.
  8. Evaluate candidates based on interviews and assignments.
  9. Build long-term relationships with potential candidates.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or similar.
