As a Trade Marketing Trainee, you will support the Marketing Team, collaborating in the design and creation of POS (Points Of Sale) marketing actions for both company brands (lifestyle & performance); to collaborate in the execution, implementation, and analysis of the POS actions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

ACTIONS

• Brand campaign for the POS: collaborate in the briefing, follow-up of the campaign, implementation, contact with the doors, etc.
• Think about new actions for the POS and propose improvements for existing ones.

PROJECTS

• POS materials: create the briefing for suppliers and follow up on the project.
• Assist in organizing trade fairs for our clients.
• Product trainings: be responsible for creating materials needed for product training conducted by our Technical and Sales Representatives.

MANAGEMENT

• Follow up on the execution of actions and projects: budget control, proposal review, feedback, coordination with suppliers, etc.
• Manage timing effectively to meet project deadlines.

YOUR PROFILE

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Graduate in Marketing, Communication, or PR.
• You must be able to be hired under 'Contrato en prácticas' (a contract for recent graduates who have not exceeded 3 years since graduation).
• Minimum 6 months experience in Trade Marketing and/or Retail, working with Communication Agencies.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Organized and meticulous.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external teams, manage, coordinate, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Observant, with the ability to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
