Profesor de padel

This is a part-time on-site role for a Padel Instructor located in Madrid. The Padel Instructor will be responsible for planning and conducting padel lessons for individuals and groups of all ages and skill levels. The instructor will create lesson plans, offer personalized feedback and guidance, ensure safety protocols are followed, and foster a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

1. Experience in padel coaching and knowledge of the rules and techniques of padel.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to motivate and inspire students of all ages and skill levels.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. First aid certification is a plus.
6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
7. Fluency in Spanish (English proficiency is a plus).
