As a Fusion SaaS EPM Consultant, your main responsibilities include delivering post-sales support, resolving technical and functional issues, and acting as a customer advocate. You will facilitate relationships with Support, Product Management, and cross-line-of-business teams, providing strategic advice and technical solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
You will leverage automation and diagnostics to address complex issues, often involving on-site customer visits. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting Oracle Cloud SaaS applications, especially in configuring, optimizing, and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud SaaS solutions.
Position level: IC4. As an Advisory Systems Engineer, you will be a problem-solving expert, working autonomously to address complex customer issues and providing technical advice. You will also participate in quarterly release management and help customers achieve their business KPIs.
