The Business System Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and refining business and functional requirements, collaborating with team members to translate these requirements into meaningful user experiences and strategies, and ensuring quality products. The Business System Analyst will solicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and existing analytics, systems, documentation, or procedures. They will work as a sparring partner for the business to identify the best course of action and support implementation, ensuring functional documentation of solutions.
Working at NTT
- Define end-to-end business processes in collaboration with other business analysts.
- Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog for different tooling landscapes (Service NOW, integration services, automation, new product certification process).
- Evaluate requirements' impact on business processes.
- Challenge business stakeholders to improve existing processes through experience and best practices.
- Develop comprehensive requirement specifications to estimate time and resources for solutions deployment.
- Act as product owner, establishing priorities and managing the backlog.
- Liaise with development, architecture teams, or third parties as the single point of contact for functional topics.
- Support the development team by answering functional questions and reviewing technical decisions' impacts.
- Ensure end-to-end functional integration of operational tools and systems used to manage clients.
- Support the Solution Lead in identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

- At least 3+ years of experience with Service NOW or backend tools development/customization.
- Experience working in Agile teams (SCRUM).
- Strong technical background.
Language Skills:
- Fluent/native English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
