Job Description

We seek a passionate Clinical Data Scientist / Biostatistician to join our clinical development team focused on cosmetic products. The role involves building and implementing digital transformation strategies, analyzing datasets, developing predictive models, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of clinical development and cosmetics industry experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute digital transformation strategies.
2. Analyze clinical datasets to identify trends and insights.
3. Create predictive models to enhance product efficacy and safety.
4. Collaborate on experiment design and formulation validation.
5. Draft protocols and develop data dashboards.
6. Ensure data quality with vendors and automate data collection.
7. Generate reports and visualizations for stakeholders.
8. Stay informed on industry trends and technologies.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Degree in Biostatistics or Engineering.
2. Minimum 2 years in clinical data analysis, AI, and Machine Learning.
3. Proficiency in Python or R, and visualization tools (R Shiny, Power BI).
4. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
5. Knowledge of clinical trials and regulatory requirements in cosmetics.
6. Experience in healthcare digital transformation is advantageous.
7. Understanding of cosmetic product development.
